Espresso House is the Nordic region's largest chain of coffee shops with over 400 coffee shops in five countries (Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark and Germany) and thousands of employees. Such a large workforce requires effective management of scheduling processes.

As Espresso House looked for a solution to decrease the time spent on scheduling, they turned to Quinyx for help.

In the Quinyx app, employees get instant notifications when a shift is added, removed or modified. They have access to their full schedule and can see when their colleagues are working. And of course, they can also easily apply for leave, book or amend shifts, and stay up to date with their team’s schedules, directly within the app.
