Quinyx was founded by Erik Fjellborg in 2005 when he worked at McDonald’s.
Erik recognised his manager was constantly on the phone trying to piece together employee schedules. He discovered there was no system that could handle scheduling when staff wanted to quickly book or change shifts – so he built one himself.
McDonald’s Sweden loved Erik’s solution and became Quinyx’s first customer.
Since then, Quinyx has revolutionised the way we work and has grown into one of the market leaders within Workforce Management.
