The Optician Group Optikos Pasaulis has selected Quinyx to advance its digital transformation and achieve excellence in workforce management across 75 stores.
As Lithuania's largest optician chain with extensive accessibility, Optikos Pasaulis chose Quinyx as its new workforce management partner. This implementation aims to enhance operational efficiency, standardize workforce planning, and elevate the employee experience.
Prior to partnering with Quinyx, Optikos Pasaulis struggled with a legacy WFM system that was inflexible and lacked essential features required to support a rapidly expanding, multi-location retail network. The existing system was not user-friendly for store staff and required excessive manual effort to manage schedules. Its reporting and forecasting functionalities were limited, hindering effective staffing optimization and swift operational adjustments.
Overall, the previous system could not adequately support the complex needs of a growing optical chain, making a switch to a modern, scalable WFM platform critical.
