Framtidens arbete

Quinyx is coming to the Nordic Grocery Store Expo. On 6–7 October, the whole grocery retail industry will come together in Stockholm for two days packed with inspiration, networking and exciting discussions about what is shaping the sector. Come and meet us there!

Erik Fjellborg, CEO and founder of Quinyx, looks at how AI is reshaping workforce management – and how leading organisations are using it to make faster, smarter, and more confident workforce decisions in an increasingly complex operating environment.

Laurence Painell, Chief Product Officer at Quinyx, explores how workforce management technology is evolving in response to AI, data, and rising operational complexity – and where AI is already driving faster, better workforce decisions in frontline environments.

Join us for a fireside chat with a guest from IDC exploring the forces reshaping workforce management today – from labour market and economic shifts to emerging technology and rising expectations around fairness and transparency.

Hear from leaders managing large frontline workforces as they share how they balance cost, compliance, operational performance, and employee trust in practice – including speakers from Starbucks, Kendra Scott, SATS, and Puuilo.

Tobias Ahlin, Principal Design Engineer at GitHub, former design lead at Mojang Studios, and an early employee at Spotify, shares his perspective on how organisations can navigate the transition to an AI-driven future – and what emerging technologies mean for how teams work, build products, and make decisions.
