Hoe reset ik mijn wachtwoord?

  1. Ga naar: https://app.quinyx.com/
  2. Kies Medewerkers Portal
  3. Vul uw e-mailadres / inlog-ID in
  4. Klik op "Wachtwoord opnieuw instellen" en een tijdelijk wachtwoord zal per e-mail of sms naar u worden verzonden.
  5. Voer uw tijdelijke wachtwoord in
  6. Kies de gewenste taal
  7. Klik op aanmelden. U wordt vervolgens gevraagd om uw tijdelijke wachtwoord te wijzigen in een persoonlijk wachtwoord.

Hoe verander ik mijn wachtwoord?

  1. Ga naar https://app.quinyx.com/
  2. Kies Medewerkersportal
  3. Vul uw e-mailadres / inlog-ID in
  4. Selecteer het tabblad "Mijn pagina"
  5. Update informatie en klik op "Opslaan"

Hoe download ik de app?

Om de Quinyx-app te downloaden, gaat u naar AppStore of Google Play en zoekt u naar Quinyx. Download de app genaamd "Quinyx Mobile"

Hoe log ik in op Quinyx?

U kunt Quinyx openen met behulp van de mobiele app of met behulp van een werknemers portal op een computer.

 

Mobiele App

  1. Download de Quinyx Mobiele App
  2. Open de app
  3. Vul uw gebruikersnaam (e-mailadres) in
  4. Vul u wachtwoord in
  5. Klik op “login”

 

Medewerkers portal via een computer

  1. Ga naar https://app.quinyx.com/
  2. Kies Medewerkers Portal
  3. Vul uw e-mailadres / inlog-ID
    a) Vul uw wachtwoord in, als u het weet

    b) Als u uw wachtwoord niet weet, klik dan hier (link om wachtwoord opnieuw te resetten hierboven)

  4. Kies een taal

My Schedule

Where can I see my schedule?

You can see your schedule either in the Quinyx mobile app or in the Employee portal on a computer.

 

Mobile app

 

View your current schedule, by selecting “Schedule” in the Quinyx mobile app

Black dots are your scheduled shifts
Blue dots are shifts that colleagues have requested to give away
Yellow dots indicate unmanned, available shifts. If you would like to request an open shift, click on the date and then “Book shift”
Green dots show any notice of interests you have sent to your manager, to let them know that you are willing to take on additional shifts during the period.

 

Employee portal via a computer

 

You can see your schedule under the Tab “My Schedule” if you have logged in to Quinyx from a computer.

At the bottom of a date you are scheduled to work, you see the shift’s start and end time. If you have sent a request to give away your shift, it appears marked in blue.

Yellow dots indicate unmanned, available shifts. If you would like to request an open shift, click on the date and Book shift
Green dots any notices of interests you have sent to you manager to let them know that you are willing to take on additional shifts.
Blue dots indicate shifts that your colleagues wants to give away
A star notifies you that you have requested an open shift that day, but have not yet gotten a response

Why can’t I see my colleague’s shifts in the mobile app?

On the top right-hand corner of the Schedule tab, there is a Filter option. Click on that to set the default view on your phone. The filter allows you to configure the schedule view to show, for example, unmanned shifts, your colleague’s shifts, shifts with a specific shift type etc.

How can I add a Leave application?

Mobile app

  1. Select tab “Leave Applications”
  2. Click on; + to add a new
  3. Select the leave reason and period. You can add a comment for if you like.
  4. Click on Done, to send the request.

Employee portal via a computer

  1. Click on the “Apply for time off” button under “My Schedule”
  2. Select the leave reason and period
  3. Add a comment if you like
  4. Click on the “Submit button”, to send the request

How can I delete a leave application?

You can easily delete an application for leave in the Quinyx mobile app or on your computer that has not yet been approved by your manager.

 

Mobile app

  1. Select leave application
  2. Swipe from right to left on the application you like to delete
  3. Click Delete

Employee portal via a computer

  1. Select “Apply for time off” under “My Schedule”
  2. Select the tab “Leave applications”
  3. Select the Leave application you wish to delete
  4. Click on the “Delete” button
  5. Select “Yes”, if you wish to proceed

How can I give away or swap a shift?

Mobile app

  1. Select the day you wish to give away your shift, from the ”schedule” tab
  2. Click on your shift
  3. On the shift you can choose “Make available” to make the shift unassigned, or “Swap shift” to swap shift with another employee.
  4. You will receive a notification when the shift request has been handled.

Employee portal via a computer

  1. Go to the tab “My schedule” and press “Swap shifts”
  2. Select the date and check the box under SWAP
  3. Give the shift to: Open for all.
    1. For all your colleagues, and manager, to see.
    2. Give shift to: Select a colleague.
      If you have agreed with someone willing to take it.
    3. Swap shift: Select colleague and their shift, that you want to take
  4. Click on “Submit” or “Swap shifts” to send
  5. You will receive a notification when the shift request has been handled.

How can I apply for extra shifts?

You can sign up for unmanned shifts in the Quinyx mobile app or in the employee portal from a computer. A yellow dot in the calendar indicates that there are unmanned shifts.

 

Mobile app

  1. Select a day that has a yellow dot in the tab “Schedule”
  2. Click on the Open shift
  3. Click on “Book shift”

Employee portal via a computer

  1. Under the tab “My Schedule”, click on the day in the calendar that has an unmanned shift, that you wish to apply for
  2. Select the check box under “BOOK”
  3. A pop-up will tell you if you qualify. Click Accept, Deny, or OK, depending on how you wish to proceed. The day you have requested an open shift will be marked with a star until handled.
  4. You will receive Qmail notification when a decision regarding your request has been made.

Can I un-book a shift?

You can un-book a shift request that has not yet been handled.

 

Mobile app

  1. Click on the tab “Schedule”, and choose the day and the shift you wish to un-book.
  2. Then click on the three rows in the top right-hand corner and choose “Cancel shift booking”.

On your computer through the employee portal

  1. Under the tab“My Schedule”, click on the day that has a star which indicates that you have made a request for a shift
  2. Un-check the box under “BOOK”
  3. Close the open window by clicking on x.

Punching and attesting time

How can I punch in/out?

If enabled in your organisation, you can punch in via Quinyx mobile app or Webpunch. Do you have deviation reporting? In that case you won’t be able to punch, since a punch is automatically generated when your shift is created.

 

Mobile app

  1. Click on the symbol in top left corner, to view different tabs.
  2. Click on the tab “Time”. Click on “Punch in”.
    (If the button is grey, double check with your manager and make sure your GPS is set to on!
  3. Later, to punch out, you select the tab “Time” in the app, and click on “Punch out”.

Webpunch

 

A user with admin access needs to login with their login credentials before you can punch in.

  1. If the browser is not yet open, open it and go to https://app.quinyx.com/webpunch3/#/login
  2. Enter your badge number/ID and click on “Punch in”.

How can I see my historical punches and attest (approve) them?

Mobile app

  1. Login to the mobile app and click on the symbol in top left corner, to view tab options.
  2. Select the tab “Time”.
  3. Click on Attest up in the right-hand corner to view punched hours. They are grouped by week, so you can click on a specific week to view the punches.
  4. To attest a time punch, check the Employee box. The circle turns green and is now ready for your manager to attest. You may also attest ALL time punched in the salary period, by checking the circle next to the total number of hours for the period, at the top.

What do coloured frames around my time cards in the time view mean?

This depends on the settings for your company, but you can hover over the time card in order to see what the colored frame means. The black arrow describes why there is a frame around this specific shift.
