IKEA Baltics is choosing Quinyx as a workforce management solution for improved shift scheduling and workforce demand forecasting.

With the implementation of Quinyx digital workforce management solution, we will improve the experience of our co-workers enabling them to use the self-service for shift management and absence requests. It will also contribute to even more effective business operations, like more precise workforce demand forecast, better working time planning etc. With the chosen workforce management system we cover such functionalities as digitization of scheduling for co-workers and managers, digital absence management, including sick leaves and vacations. Digitalization of these processes alone will help us to save several boxes of paper each year. For the future, we will also look into the co-workers need forecast functionality”.

When making a decision on IKEAS future workforce management solution, it was important for them to evaluate the scalability of the system for their future needs and the user experience for the co-workers and managers. They also sought to ensure that the system met their strict legal requirements for privacy and data security.

The scope of the implementation of Quinyx will cover three Baltic countries (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia).
