We’re proud to share that Quinyx has been named a Leader in the 2026 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Workforce Management Technology.

In this year’s report, Quinyx is positioned in the Leaders Quadrant. That makes the recognition particularly significant for us: workforce management is our entire focus – and has been for more than 20 years.

We believe our position demonstrates the value of that focus – and shows that organisations don’t have to choose between dedicated workforce management expertise and the capability, scale, and innovation they need.

Specialist focus as a Leader

Organisations evaluating workforce management technology often face a fundamental choice: adopt a dedicated WFM platform or select a WFM module within a broader HCM or ERP suite.

Quinyx was founded in 2005 with one clear focus: helping organisations manage their workforces more effectively. Today, we support around 800 customers, with our platform deployed across more than 50 countries.

That focus has shaped every part of our platform – from forecasting and scheduling to compliance, employee experience, and workforce intelligence – around the realities of managing large, complex, frontline workforces.

What buyers are looking for

Organisations increasingly expect workforce management technology to address the complexity of frontline operations while making work simpler for the people who manage and experience it every day.

That means helping them respond to volatile demand, navigate intricate labour rules, connect fragmented systems, support stretched managers, and meet rising employee expectations.

Why this recognition matters now

This recognition comes at a time when expectations of workforce management technology are changing rapidly.

Gartner projects that, by 2030, 70% of organisations will adopt AI-enabled workforce management technology to decrease managers’ administrative workload by an average of four to six hours per week, optimise operations, and enhance employee experience.

For buyers, AI is moving from a future roadmap consideration to a present-day requirement. Organisations increasingly expect it to solve real operational challenges and deliver measurable value – not simply appear in a product vision.

That is the value we work to deliver for our customers every day. AI-powered forecasting and scheduling are built into the Quinyx platform, helping organisations anticipate demand, create more effective schedules, reduce manual work, and make faster, better-informed workforce decisions.

Our compliance automation and integration capabilities also help customers navigate complex labour requirements and connect workforce data across their technology ecosystems. The result is greater operational efficiency, a better experience for managers, and fairer, more flexible working lives for frontline employees.

What this means if you’re evaluating WFM

Whether you’re building a shortlist, comparing a specialist platform with a broader suite, or preparing a recommendation for your steering committee, the 2026 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Workforce Management Technology provides a valuable reference point for your evaluation.

And if you’re already a Quinyx customer, we hope this recognition gives you even greater confidence in the platform – and partner – you’ve chosen.
