Gartner is a global research and advisory firm, providing advice, insights, and tools. This is the second year Quinyx has been included in the report focused on the workforce management applications industry.
Gartner’s Market Guide “will help application leaders seeking WFM applications to identify suitable vendors” and Quinyx has been cited as a Representative Vendor in the latest report.
According to the guide, “by 2025, 40% of large enterprises with hourly-paid workers and variable demand for labor will use automation to drive workforce scheduling decisions.” We believe this demonstrates the need for many larger companies to start researching and investing in automated workforce management systems.
The news comes following Quinyx’s expansion in the US, recently announcing the launch of their new office in Boston earlier this month.
Quinyx CEO and Founder Erik Fjellborg commented: “To be included in Gartner’s new Market Guide for a second year running is an honor to us, and we’re proud to have our solutions recognized again this year. Our mission has always been to create a happy and more productive workforce for our clients, and we believe our inclusion in this report for a second year running shows we’re achieving that. The ongoing dedication from all our employees to provide first-class technology solutions for scheduling flexible workforces around the world is admirable. Without the amazing Quinyx team, we wouldn’t be where we are today.”
