PostNord TPL is the market leader in third-party logistics in the Nordics. The business has around 1,700 employees throughout Sweden and offers its solutions to businesses and organisations within a wide range of sectors. 

PostNord TPL, a subsidiary of PostNord, is an outsourcing partner responsible for the whole value chain from production to customers. They offer services such as storage, management and transportation of goods. 

For PostNord TPL, the process of finding a new workforce management solution was initiated after the business had identified a need to facilitate processes related to schedule management and workforce planning. Primarily, PostNord TPL experienced challenges related to the management of sicknesses, annual leave and other absences. To tackle these issues, PostNord TPL will now be using Quinyx for office and warehousing staff. 

For PostNord TPL,  it was important to find a system that offered a user-friendly solution for effective communication with all the staff. The business also specifically looked for a solution that was, in their own words, “ready for the future”.

PostNord TPL will implement Quinyx modules for scheduling, communication as well as time and attendance.  They will also use Quinyx’s popular mobile app where employees can easily swap shifts, punch in and out, and apply for annual leave.
