Quinyx, a leader in workforce management solutions, is pleased to announce that Wolt, the second fastest growing company in Europe, has chosen Quinyx as its workforce management solution for its customer support team.
Wolt, the Helsinki-based technology company known for its food delivery platform, serves over 7 million customers in 23 countries and 100+ cities. Wolt counts 1500 employees across its offices, many of whom work in Wolt’s customer support.
On Wolt, a customer can order food and other items from the platform's restaurant and retail partners to either pick it up themself, or have it delivered by the platform's courier partners. Wolt is available on the App Store and Google Play, as well as most web browsers.
Wolt was looking for a solution that could help the growing team manage shifts for their hundreds of customer support associates across all 23 countries where the company operates. In addition to a scalable solution, Wolt wanted to support their automated shift scheduling, while maintaining a personal touch.
Quinyx is also pleased to announce that Wolt will take on the added AI-driven scheduling functionality from Widget Brain, the AI Pioneer company recently acquired by Quinyx. A wide array of functionality is currently being piloted by Wolt before embarking on a wider rollout.
