Mary Rose Museum save hours of time each week with Quinyx

The Mary Rose Museum

 

The Mary Rose Museum is a historical museum located in Portsmouth in the United Kingdom. The museum is dedicated to the 16th century Tudor navy warship Mary Rose as well as the historical context in which she was active. Since they reopened at the end May 2013, over 500,000 people have visited the museum.

“Before we started using Quinyx our managers were spending at least 45 minutes every morning planning the daily schedule. One of the biggest challenges was to schedule around big public holidays. Instead of asking every employee individually, we can now use Quinyx to send out a message via email or phone to all of our employees at the same time. They can then confirm or deny on the mobile application which is available on Apple and Android.”

It doesn’t matter if you are on your phone or laptop at work or home. You can easily see the latest updates and send out notification notes on free shifts. This has made it much quicker to fill open shifts in advance allowing us to have the right people at right place at the right time.
