About us

One place with everything you need to optimise your business, manage your workforce, and engage your frontline workers.

It all started with a flip!

Quinyx’s all-in-one frontline platform helps millions to achieve a better work-life.

Founded in Sweden by our CEO, Erik Fjellborg, after recognising the numerous challenges faced by managers in manually organising shifts while working at McDonald’s. The solution was embraced by the global chain as our first customer and since then, Quinyx has completely changed the world of workforce management.

Today, Quinyx help thousands of companies worldwide to leverage AI forecasting for optimised and fair scheduling, streamline time reporting, task management & communication, and ensure that workers have the flexibility they need for a balanced work-life.
