Parks and Resorts selects Quinyx – investing in AI to optimise scheduling and operations

Parks and Resorts operates some of Sweden's most well-known theme parks: Gröna Lund, Kolmården, Furuvik, and Skara Sommarland. The group is now bringing together everything from scheduling and time reporting to AI-driven optimisation, automation, task management, and employee engagement solutions in a single platform. With everything in one place, Parks and Resorts gains better conditions for planning, communication, follow-up, and business development.

At Parks and Resorts, 6,000 employees work to ensure that 2.6 million guests have a memorable experience every year. In an operation where flows, seasonality, and demand vary significantly, scheduling, communication, and task management become critical to running the business efficiently.
