Quinyx Unveils Messenger Plus

Stockholm, London, Boston—Quinyx is excited to announce the launch of Messenger Plus, a significant new version of Messenger, a frontline chat tool designed specifically for frontline teams. In addition to the features of Messenger Basic, which streamlines communications channels and eliminates the need for frontline workers to juggle multiple apps, this enhanced chat solution improves communication efficiency and integrity.

Since its highly anticipated launch in January, Messenger Basic has empowered frontline employees to communicate quickly with each other and their managers. Team leaders can quickly start collaborative discussions and share documents with colleagues. Feedback from managers indicates a higher likelihood of employees reaching out for help due to having Messenger.

Messenger Plus builds on this foundation, offering a feature-rich, subscription-based communication solution.

Key features of Messenger Plus:

  • User-Driven Moderation: Users can flag inappropriate messages, allowing admins to moderate and take appropriate actions, such as deleting messages and suspending users.
  • Seamless Integration with Workforce Management: Users can quickly create group chat sessions based on staff category, unit and section, eliminating the need to manually select a large number of users.

“Following the successful adoption of Messenger Basic, we are excited to launch Messenger Plus,” said Erik Fjellborg, CEO of Quinyx. “Maintaining communication lists and moderating messages were the most requested features from our users, and we are delighted to include them in Messenger Plus to help organizations further improve their communications with their frontline workers.”

Key benefits of Quinyx Messenger Plus include:

  • Instant, Targeted Conversations: Engage in direct or group chats to build communities and boost employee engagement.
  • Easy Access and Maintenance: Maintain the same access and permissions as within Quinyx's existing structure.
  • Use of Quinyx Groups: Seamless integration with Quinyx Workforce Management groups for efficient group communications.
  • User-Driven Moderation: Users can flag inappropriate messages for admins to take action
