Great minds work together! That’s why we want to introduce you to Community! A place where Quinyx users can come together to connect, talk, share learnings, and more! Nobody understands you better than someone who uses Quinyx in the same way you do, right?

In addition to our current support services, Community is another place where you can come together, share your expertise, and learn how other people use Quinyx. Use this opportunity to learn more about their experiences and create your own community.

Beyond that, Community is a place where you can:

  • Easily create posts, ask questions, and add comments.
  • Upload images for more clarity and context.
  • Browse through all existing Community content created by users.
  • Learn new ways of using the Quinyx product.

Who is it for and where can you find it?

Community is accessible for the support contacts of all companies and can be found in your Support Portal.

Is it free?

It's completely free and part of our support offering. You just need access to your Support Portal. Keep in mind, this forum is not a replacement for the support already provided by Quinyx but an addition to our offerings. You can still file a case, contact your Customer Support Manager or access our HelpDocs.

Building a community with you

Our vision for the Quinyx community is that our members will be the driving force behind it, engaging in meaningful conversations, as it continues to grow. We’re really excited to see our customers build relationships with one another in and the opportunities that will grow out of those relationships. We can’t wait to see this community flourish – you can join today.
