ABC Labs analyze thousands of tests daily in collaboration with the Swedish Public Health Agency as well as a number of regions and private care providers. The analyses are performed in a state-of-the-art laboratory of 900 square meters, located at Biomedicum, Campus Solna.
The significant role of the company in combating the ongoing pandemic has put great pressure on the ABC Labs team. During the year, the team has grown rapidly. To facilitate their employee scheduling, ABC Labs turned to Quinyx and its smart tools for scheduling, automatic AI staffing and time reporting. Frida continues: “For the employees, it’s very important to easily see their own schedule and who they’re working with. As the responsibility of changing shifts has shifted to the employee, it is essential for them to have the right tools for it.”
