Stockholm/Boston/London, September 3rd 2020 -  Quinyx has been recognized in Gartner’s 2020 Market Guide for Workforce Management Applications for the 3rd consecutive year.

Gartner is a global research and advisory firm, providing advice, insights, and tools. This is the third consecutive year that Quinyx has been included in the report focused on the workforce management applications industry. Gartner’s Market Guide for Workforce Management helps application leaders to identify suitable vendors.

Gartner’s market guide notes that “Demand is currently high for workforce management (WFM) applications. Gartner client inquiry on the subject of WFM has increased by 27.7% (January to June 2020 vs. 2019 — for perspective, client inquiry growth for the Gartner Human Capital Management [HCM] Technology Transformation KI is up 8.0%). This growth in demand has been driven in part by the response to the COVID-19 pandemic.” Quinyx believes these market trends demonstrate the need for companies to invest in a WFM platform designed to help manage and optimize the workforce, improve profitability and keep their employees engaged. We welcome the results of this research which demonstrates that more and more companies need to find and invest in automated workforce management systems which save them time, money and engage their workforce. 

The news comes following Quinyx’s recent july announcement of an impressive 46% growth from March to June 2020 (Q2), compared to the same period in 2019.
