January 2021 - Global payments and money exchange fintech Revolut have chosen Quinyx for their Workforce Management and Workforce Optimization.

Through this collaboration, Revolut will optimize their schedules and cut down on admin time, thanks to Quinyx’s advanced Workforce Management and AI Workforce Optimization solution.

Why Revolut Chose Quinyx

Revolut was looking for a new solution offering a mobile-first, highly flexible and configurable tool. Quinyx was selected as the Workforce Management (WFM) solution for Revolut, as its ease-of-use and configurability made it suitable both for Revolut’s support division and as a global absence management tool. Moreover, Quinyx’s industry leading AI and optimization capabilities, together with its adaptability to comply with local regulations in multiple countries, suited Revolut’s world-wide presence and ambitions.

How Revolut will use Quinyx

Quinyx will be deployed internationally, supporting circa 2,000 support agents who will use the full WFM and AI Workforce Optimization functionalities. Revolut will also use Quinyx on a global basis for all of its employees' absence management.

Revolut will use Quinyx’s Core modules for Scheduling, Time & Attendance, and Communication & Mobile, and the product will also include AI modules for Workforce Optimization (i.e. auto scheduling and assigning).

Revolut’s fast-growing support teams will benefit from industry-leading AI-driven forecasting and auto-scheduling capabilities. They will be able to manage their shifts and absences, communicate in real time and engage directly within the Quinyx App.

What Revolut want to achieve with Quinyx

The goal for this hyper growth company is to optimize their schedules, cut down on admin time and improve the overall efficiency of the workforce through automatic scheduling.

This will be achieved, typically, via employee self-service with Time & Attendance and Absence Management. Automated processes will reduce the amount of manual admin work and improve the way they manage their employees’ leave from work as well as their schedules.

Quinyx’s AI algorithms generate optimal schedules with improved forecasting accuracy, resulting in cost efficiency. Detailed reporting and analytics will be included to promote a centralized approach and offer organization-wide visibility.

A smooth onboarding project

The implementation project is already in progress, and will be run remotely with a central project team in the UK with support from local project teams. The rollout will initially support 3,000 employees across all of Revolut’s global entities.

The second phase of the project will be to scale across all territories in order to support the company’s rapid expansion.
