New: Send surveys to segmented sets of employees

Employee engagement is super important, a tale as old as time. In fact, disengaged employees cost organizations approximately 34% of their annual labor spend and only 13% of all employees describe themselves as being actively engaged at work. Therefore, we reckon it’s time for change. Quinyx’ Pulse is a key survey feature to engage your workforce and we’re excited to share that we’ve extended its functionalities. You are now able to send Pulses to specific staff categories! You asked for it, we delivered.

LargerWith the new functionality, you can survey segmented sets of employees that you've defined in your staff categories. You could for example ask what all local managers think of the new app you have just implemented!

 

Wondering how all your unit managers have been feeling lately? Want to gather input from your area managers? Send them a Pulse! If your engagement module is enabled in our app, you are now able to send surveys to more targeted and segmented sets of employees in the staff categories you’ve set up including Staff, Section managers, Local managers, District managers and Managers of the highest order.  

 

The updated Pulse functionality works the same as it always has. You can still send Pulses to specific sections or units, the only difference is that authorized managers can now also choose to send it to the staff categories that need to be surveyed.
