NEW: Set automatic reminders for unanswered surveys

Survey loving customers! We’ve got your back. We have released yet another update to further improve the Engagement experience. As of now, you are able to automatically send survey reminders in fixed time intervals, allowing you to increase the response rate and engagement with your workforce. The survey functionality known as Pulse has gotten even better.

Our latest report The state of the deskless workforce shows that 21% of the employees do not feel appreciated at work. A good way to keep track of how your workforce is feeling is with surveys, but reality is that our days are packed with things to-do, so it’s easy to forget to answer these burning Pulse questions. Just as it’s easy to forget sending reminders 😉. That’s why managers can now schedule automatic reminders to those who have not filled in the survey yet.

With this update, you can choose a specific date for the reminder to be sent out as well as choose to repeat the reminder. The predefined repeat options are:

  • Every day
  • Every two days
  • Every three days
  • Every week
  • Custom

Reminders will stop once the Pulse response time has expired and take into account that you can send a maximum of 30 reminders. Wondering if the reminders have gone out? You can navigate to the reminder list to easily check those details for each reminder. This new update is only applicable to newly created Pulses, but it gives a much better perspective on improved future response rates! We hope you are as excited as we are about the Pulse functionality being taken to another level.

Pulse is part of the Engagement module, which also includes Qmail, news and badges. If you don’t have it yet, you can go here to explore and request a demo.

Happy scheduling!
