Strawberry has chosen Quinyx as its new workforce management solution, using advanced AI technology to support more than 20,000 employees across Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Finland.

By adopting Quinyx’s AI-powered workforce management platform, Strawberry will streamline staff planning across its hotel portfolio and equip employees with intuitive, user-friendly tools. The investment ensures Strawberry has a modern WFM solution that can scale and evolve alongside its growing business.

Strawberry is one of the largest hotel groups in the Nordic region, operating more than 250 hotels and more than 20,000 employees in the Nordic region. With such a large and diverse workforce is crucial to have a modern and efficient workforce management system in place.

 

Smarter scheduling powered by AI

At the heart of the solution is Quinyx AI, which includes tools for automatic shift planning and automatic shift allocation. This solution will ensure effective staff planning for Strawberry and, through Quinyx Compliance Checker, ensure compliance with regulations across the Nordic region.
