Boston, April 13, 2022 - The medical documentation and data services provider Augmedix has selected to scale its organization with the aid of workforce management leader Quinyx to simplify its scheduling needs, better understand its operational logistics, and have a centralized hub for employee shift data.
Augmedix medical documentation specialists, managers, and additional admins across all locations in the US and Southeast Asia will use the Quinyx app.
“What stood out about Quinyx was its strong future state. We needed a system to grow and scale as we continue to grow and scale as a company. A lot of our current scheduling is manual, and we wanted automation and support for the schedulers to achieve better efficiencies. The sales engineers showed us how we could leverage AI and get to a place where the burden is lifted from the schedulers,” says Lena Olufson, Senior Project Manager at Augmedix.
Implementation is set to begin April 2022 with the expectation of being fully live in early to mid-July 2022. The new partnership means that Augmedix will be able to further advance its use of analytics and reporting and address its growing operational needs.
