Please introduce yourself. Who are you and what is your role within Quinyx?
Hello! I’m Erik McKay and I work as a Product Manager here at Quinyx, where I’m lucky enough to be part of two different delivery teams - the mighty People Team and world-famous Advanced Analytics team. Together we’re trying to help drive the product forward, and grow our core offering in all kinds of new and exciting ways.
What are you currently working on with your team?
It’s all about building a robust and scalable product that the user can trust and feel confident to experiment with, to create a setup that is optimal for their own unique needs. At the same time - we’re also looking to open up new communication channels to allow better interaction and engagement between a company and their employees. All I’m saying is: stay tuned! There are some pretty exciting things lined up for 2023!
What is it that you are looking forward to the most at this moment in time?
For Advanced Analytics, it’s a very exciting time, and really a bold new frontier for Quinyx. We’ve gotten out the first version in 2022, and have started investing in core data quality and robustness, to build as strong of a foundation as possible. Soon, we’ll release the first parts of phase 1 as described in the Advanced Analytics keynote, where we really start to supercharge our offerings, the customizability we allow, and the additional insights we can provide into your workforce and business - and employee engagement *hint* ;).
Who to interview next time from the product team and why?
Dajana! The true rock star of the Product Managers, who is doing a hero’s work in enabling our core product offering for our markets.
