With the new functionality, you can survey segmented sets of employees that you've defined in your staff categories. You could for example ask what all local managers think of the new app you have just implemented!
Wondering how all your unit managers have been feeling lately? Want to gather input from your area managers? Send them a Pulse! If your engagement module is enabled in our app, you are now able to send surveys to more targeted and segmented sets of employees in the staff categories you’ve set up including Staff, Section managers, Local managers, District managers and Managers of the highest order.
The updated Pulse functionality works the same as it always has. You can still send Pulses to specific sections or units, the only difference is that authorized managers can now also choose to send it to the staff categories that need to be surveyed.
